Enhanced Pickup Tracing

3 Easy Steps

We are excited to share with you that we have implemented new system changes to enhance your online experience with Day & Ross.

Near real-time shipment tracing on pickup details is now available on our Day & Ross Freight Website for all regions with Tech Track* deployed terminals.

These system enhancements have improved automation to allow improved shipment tracing on pickup statuses.

Please follow these three easy steps to view improved shipment tracing of your scheduled pickup.

  • Step 1: Click on Tracking (under My Account) or on Track a Shipment (under I want to…).
  • Step 2: In the Track a Shipment or Advanced Track a Shipment screen, add your pickup confirmation under Order Number. Please ensure that you enter the full 10 digits.
  • Step 3: Review your pickup details that will appear in the Status section.

  • Near real time generation of pickup status details.
  • More user friendly.

**Tracing can be completed with or without access to Secured Services.
